To Provide Broad, Theological, Pastoral Training for Church Leaders Through a Mobile, Modular Bible Institute Which Mobilizes U.S. Churches and Latin American Leaders with the purpose of producing…

Servant-Leaders who handle God’s Word accurately

Servant-Leaders who embody authentic spirituality

Servant-Leaders who shepherd healthy churches

Equipping the Latin American Church:  Many pastors and church leaders in developing nations have not had the opportunity to receive more than a grade school or high school education and face many obstacles that stand in the way of deepening their theological preparation. The passion of IBAC is to equip them with high-level, biblically faithful education and ministry training. IBAC develops relationships with groups of pastors and  leaders in a given region and offers to provide training regardless of denominational or theological affiliation. The training is provided via a series of weeklong sessions, held twice a year in each location. The series of 15 biannual trainings usually lasts 7-8 years.

IBAC uses a bilingual curriculum designed by our founder, Dr Jim Wilson, in the early 2000s. However, the material periodically evolves to communicate more clearly and effectively.

A number of values have guided
the creation and revision of the curriculum:

Z

Biblical faithfulness and theological accuracy

Z

Cultural neutrality

Z

Reproducibility in a variety of contexts

Z

Flexibility in methods of delivery

Z

Challenging content
